If you find that our audio size does not match the size of your dashboard, you can find the correct after-sales accessories by searching for the year, brand and model of the vehicle.
Attention：
● The working voltage of this car stereo is 12V, it can't be used for big trucks with 24V, and the car stereo will be damaged when the voltage is higher than 16V.
● The car stereo has a memory function. If the ACC wire (red wire) and the B+ wire (yellow wire) are connected reversely during the installation process, the product will have no memory function after the power is off. Thanks!
● Yellow line (for memory wire) connected to the battery constant current positive, the machine will have memory function.
● Red line pick the key to the ACC line, this line is also positive, control power switch. Black wire connected to the negative power supply.
FAQ
Q: Don't work?Unable to turn on?
✔ If you encounter this kind of problem, please confirm that your car is 16V and below. And then please check your wiring. First, the yellow wire needs to be connected to the positive pole of the battery, the black wire needs to be connected to the negative pole of the battery, and then the red wire needs to be connected to your ACC (car key hole), so as to ensure Your product has sufficient power supply, and the correct connection of each wiring can ensure the normal use of the product.
Q: Can't connect with Bluetooth?
✔ Please turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone before the car radio is turned on.
✔ Please delete the bluetooth record of the mobile phone and re-match the connection.
Q: There is no sound right after installation?
✔ It is usally a wiring error or the original car speaker wire is short-circuited with iron. Here are the steps to check it.
✔ Check if the speaker cable is short-circuited, if so, please reconnect the wiring.
✔ Check how many speaker cables does the original speaker have. If there are only 2 speaker cables then it means that the original car line does not match our unit. In this case, you need to re-organize the original car line. One speaker must lead to 2 speaker wires; 2 speakers must be have 4 speaker cables, only in this way, the unit can work properly.
Q: Why can't I search for FM station?
✔ The antenna plug is not fully inserted, the antenna is disconnect or the line is disconnect.
✔ Search channel, on the FM menu page, perform a channel scan search. If the above 2 points do not work, please unplug the antenna plug and find a screwdriver or a metal strip to insert into the antenna port to see if it works or not.
Q: Does it support subwoofer output?
✔ Yes, our radio supports an external subwoofer. Connection method: Connect to L-OUT and R-OUT, and then connect the blue wire of the B harness to the subwoofer. See the wiring diagram for details.
