How long does delivery take? 

Delivery times depend on the product. Selected wheels and tyres may be available for fast NZ delivery in approximately 2–4 business days. Made-to-order aftermarket parts typically have an estimated delivery time of 4–6 weeks. Check the individual product page for the applicable delivery estimate.

Where do your products come from?

Catch Auto sources products through selected local and international supply partners. Some wheels and tyres are available with fast NZ delivery, while many vehicle-specific aftermarket upgrades are sourced to order and shipped directly to you.

How do I know if a part will fit my vehicle?

Check the vehicle compatibility information on the product page before ordering. If you're unsure, contact Catch Auto with your vehicle's make, model, year and variant and we'll help confirm fitment.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow its progress through to delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact Catch Auto as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assess the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Because many Catch Auto products are made to order specifically for your vehicle, change-of-mind returns may not always be available. Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure about a product or its fitment.

Do I need professional installation?

Some products may require professional installation. We recommend using a suitably qualified installer for body kits, suspension, electrical components and other products where specialist installation is required.
