Catch Auto stands behind the products we supply. If you believe a product is faulty or has developed a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos where applicable.

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, accidents, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended purpose may not be covered.

Nothing in our warranty terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
